  That is a terrible place waited on my food for 30 minutes never got my food not even my drink went to ask for a manager they sent me Bianca which was looking all confused I asked what was the hold up no answer ask for refund she looks at her coworker starts to issue refund without saying one word until another manager comes over them managers need retrained bad that is so sad

  0 stars the worst chick fil a experience ever & I’ve never known for chick fil a to have bad service ever no matter the location but of course they didn’t want to give 4 kids free kids meals on a day they promised but that’s not the promblem at 4:30pm I came in & asked 2 employees were they doing the deal at their location TWO employees told me yes a black girl name Kensley and Hispanic dude name start with an “L” (they didn’t want to give names)i waited outside until 5pm when the deal started just for them to say “no” no sympathy for the kids or no type of accommodations and the next chick fil a was 20 minutes away as I proceeded to express my feelings to the manager Gamaiel he was super nonchalant and also told his workers to give me their names because “nothing was going to be done” in my face keep in mind I never got loud or out of character until I felt played because as a black woman I could have chose violence first but the lack of care and accountability for customers is disgusting I may never eat at any location again because of ELM ST

  I was verbally attacked by a homeless man here, and no worker intervened. They just watched everything happen. He wanted the code to the bathroom, which I didn’t have, and instead of a worker stepping in, they allowed it. I won’t be returning. It’s so disgusting.

  What was this. Some guy outside with a BIG PIPE. hitting the ground making noise. He says GIVE ME MONEY GIVE ME CIGARS NUTS NUTS what is going on No police Total the security at Hyatt Just keep walking.

  The Lord's chicken is always going to be good. However, this location is not the best. They don't have effective traffic control in the front which blocks Elm pretty badly in the mornings. The hit rate on order accuracy/completeness is about 50%. Double check your order before you sit down or take off. Nearly bank it that you'll be missing something or it's wrong. It's high volume, so it's understandable that mistakes will be made. Team members are super friendly to everyone and do the best they can.
