While waiting for my order Ms Christina, also with a great attitude, made sure I was taken of. I have never felt like this in a fast-food restaurant.

The time is 1:05 pm Tuesday.. the whole crew was great 👍🏾 I love when an employee came in she spoke to the crew everyone spoke back.. I will be back.. didn't expect this service in this area.

They dont give you that great chick fila experience that you look forward to having seeing hen you visit any locations. Not to mention I pulled off and had to come Back around because they forgot my kids meal. I will no longer be coming back to this location.
- SCShannon ChislomApr 8, 20261.0Let me start by saying I have come to this location almost every Wednesday since September. I have tried to give grace for the consistent mistakes due to convenience of the location for me. However, the drive thru Line is always long at lunch time (15 minutes). The service is slow even once you order or confirm your order. My order is consistently wrong or I’m missing items. TWICE I have had to show my mobile receipt and each food item to prove I did not get the right order (which is hard to do with three kids meals and two regular meals), and then have back and forth conversations with drive thru staff being told something different by their manager than what I was showing them, resulting in more time wasted. Another time I waited an additional 10 minutes for my order which was a 4 piece tender, and had to get out of my car to get attention of drive thru staff who hadn’t noticed how long I had been sitting as 10 cars passed by me. Last time trying to order and get food at this location is today.
