I went next door to this place and was able to order. Don't buy the soft serve. They barely give you any and it's a couple of bucks. It's a rip off. I thought about telling them to just keep it if they are that greedy

Look I get it, unacceptable to give anyone cold, dry, small portions and especially when spending $35 on a fast food joint w/shakes. I was irritated at the fact that I had to drive all the way back there using up my gas and time. When I got there they gave me my Mac n cheese and a card for a free breakfast entree. Mind you the card was EXPIRED. I didn’t notice until I was back home again. Worst experience I’ve had at a chick fil a.
