- VLVanessa LopezMar 10, 20261.0I placed a mobile carry out order and received the notification that it was ready to be picked up. However when I got to the pick up area my order wasn’t there, it took me about five minutes to finally get the attention of a team member and when I told her that my order was ready and I couldn’t find it, all she said was “it’s not here” and walked of to do everything under the sun but help me. Finally after another ten minutes of waiting another team member came up and asked what I need and I explained to her again that my app says my order is ready but it’s not here. She then went and got who I presume is her manager (white lady with blond curly hair) who was honestly very rude and not understanding of the situation and proceeded to tell me that the app wasn’t part of them and that even with the proof of my order, if I wanted the food I would have to pay yet again then and there. She told me that the first charge would fall of in a day or two (it never did). So I’ve already called customer service to try to get my money back but to no avail. Very frustrating that I was charged twice for one singular order. This location honestly needs to train their staff better. Horrible experience.

They started looking for other things to do, they were upset that I asked to change condiments and said they I should do it in they app. I guess so they dont actually have to help some customers.

- JLJaden LanderosJan 16, 20265.0I truly love coming here for lunch in the mall, while it can be packed throughout the weekend, the team here does an amazing job at keeping their pace while having great but fast customer service. I truly enjoy coming here as their employees are so kind and nice while also becoming a regular it’s fun to see the staff everyday! Truly my favorite Chick-Fil-A in the DFW area!
