  Owners spoke to me directly in a very belittling and threatening tone. I inadvertently placed an order with my mother in law's credit card, which was loaded in my app from a previous visit. Unbeknownst to me, my MIL disputed the charge, not knowing I had placed that order. 9 days later I got a call from owner's wife Patricia White (owner Jeff White) asking if I was in this Chick Fil A on the date of the order and why I disputed the charge. I explained I did not recall off the top of my head if I was there on that date (we go to CFA all the time- well, we used to- and I answered truthfully that I did not remember if we were there on that specific date 9 days ago) and that I have not disputed any charges. She continued to aggressively accuse me of disputing the charge 4 more times during our phone call. I repeatedly explained I had not disputed any charges and was not sure what happened. She made threatening statements like "we have video of you in our store on that date" and then texted me a screenshot of myself in the store. I have never been spoken to so rudely and unprofessionally by anyone in a restaurant, much less an owner. And this was over a $20 charge. She raised her voice and made repeated accusatory statements. I only figured out what went wrong several hours later. Will not be returning to this location or the one on 75/southwestern, which is also owned by Jeff and Patricia White.

  Your food will sit there and try to hand it to you 10 minutes later , lie and say they called your name. I stood a few feet from it, they need to be re trained on how to read names out loud since it’s difficult task for them.
