Not sure if they were having an off morning but our breakfast wasn’t good. I came in with my 2 year old to grab a sausage bowl and extra sausage patties on the side for my little one, a cup of fruit, and a juice box. When taking my order the employee was nice and professional. I did not receive my juice box but assumed it was coming with my tray. My tray took atleast 15 minutes to come out which is weird because they are usually super quick and the inside and drive through were not busy at all. I did notice however that the online orders were busy and the staff was very quick at getting those out. When we finally got our food all the patties were put in the bowl (didnt ask for that) she took it back and took another 10 more minutes. Finally we got our food, my bowl was VERY empty. I paid $8 to barely get anything in the bowl. I still did not get my juice box and asked her for it a second time. She still didnt bring the juice box so I had to leave my daughter at the table to go to the counter to ask for it a 3rd time. The lady looked at me several times but never helped me, again she was wayyy more focused on the online orders. I had to ask a different employee and i finally got my juice. It was a really bad experience, when i normally have good ones at this location.
