- AKAva KeeMar 14, 20262.0The girl that took my order was rude as hell and charged me for me getting literally four sauces which whatever not a big deal she wants to be like that then whatever but then I get to the window and they don’t even give me any sauce not one sauces in the bag, but it says it on the bag on the receipt. Then I asked for my sausages then they looked at me like I was stupid and rudely gave me my sauces like OK also didn’t even hear my pleasure lol

I had ordered an icedream in a cup and at the window it was a cone, I kindly let the young man know it was ordered in a cup, he then looks over to whoever was doing desserts and asks to change it, she then gives me a look and tells her coworker “he said cone”. I did not appreciate the comment as this is just an easy fix and probably a miscommunication, instead they made me feel like I was in the wrong.

If you are in the wrong line you are refused service, have to then wait in line to get out of the line, then circle BACK around the building and get back into the “correct” line. Both lines merge at the window, which makes this policy completely unreasonable. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
