Service wasn't great as he basically dropped the bag on me and it immediately tore. No straws, no napkins, cutlery and no sauces most importantly.

This is the third time we’ve had issues at this location, and honestly, the food has been consistently subpar. I expected much better from a brand with such a reputation, but it seems quality and attention to detail are lacking. Very disappointed.

When I called the store, the employee immediately said, “Oh, you’re calling about the salad with tenders.” I said yes, and she casually responded, “Yeah, it’s still here.” How does a whole meal get left behind? That’s not a small mistake — that’s an entire item that I paid for. What made it worse was the lack of urgency or helpfulness on the phone. There was no real apology or solution offered. Bagging orders correctly is the bare minimum, especially for delivery. Very frustrating experience.
