  I usually visit a different CAVA location, but since I recently moved to this area I decided to try this one. Both locations are high-volume and busy, so I understand the pace of service, but I did notice a clear difference in cleanliness compared to the other store I frequent. I also observed employees not changing or washing gloves as often as expected during food preparation. I’m not sure if this comes down to the store manager itself or store procedures, but it was noticeable from a customer standpoint. With that being said, the food quality itself was still good, as CAVA generally maintains consistent flavors. However, the overall experience varies significantly depending on the location, and this one did not meet the same standard I’m used to.

  Came in to grab a bowl the other day and the food was good overall. Javier helped me, and while he seemed polite, he looked a bit under pressure. I had to repeat myself several times! while placing my order, which got pretty frustrating and slowed things down. I understand it can get busy, but clearer communication would definitely make the experience better. Also the store needs better cleaning

  Had such a great experience at CAVA the other night! Even though it was close to closing, England and Elizabeth were amazing. They were both so cheerful, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed without rushing me at all. You can tell they really care about the customer experience. Their positive energy honestly made my night—thank you both for the excellent service!

  Food is always the best of quality and service is top tier. Javier in particular is always kind and welcoming! Keep up the good work over there!

  Every time we come here, it’s always such a delight. We truly feel part of the community! The service is great. The food is great! Joanne and England were so sweet! They’re very welcoming and definitely the heart of this cava. Their energy is so bright and welcoming!!
