  Grace, Letti, and Dennis saved me today! I was in a hurry during the lunch hour, and there was an issue with the card reader. It kept declining my card, yet I had just used the same card minutes before. Rather than make me feel even more embarrassed, Grace and Dennis graciously comped my order and smiled and only asked that I come visit them again. Wow. Thank you! Thank you!

  Did some shopping at the mall and decided to go ahead amd grab food while I was out, I've never had cava before but I had always heard good things about it! So I went ahead and got in line, it luckily wasn't too busy so I knew I wouldn't have to worry about a wait. Ramiro and Joaquin were the two team members that were helping me and did they do a great job!! They clearly are super knowledgeable and have a good understanding of the menu and what people usually get or what's new and tasty!! I had no idea it was like a Chipotle style restaurant!! Everyone was very helpful! But big shout out to Ramiro and Joaquin, all stars!!!

  I had a great experience at Cava. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted. Everything tasted clean and well prepared, and the service was quick even when it was busy. Joaquin stood out the most. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. He kept a positive attitude the whole time and made the visit feel welcoming. I will definitely be coming back, and I hope Joaquin is there again!!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience. The entire team came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When I asked questions, I felt like they were trying to brush me off rather than assist me. The gentleman who helped me at checkout, in particular, was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. His attitude made the interaction even worse, and honestly, he should not be in a customer-facing role if this is how he treats customers. Overall, the level of customer service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

  I will never go to Northpark mall or any Cava locations again. The staff are all young and hispanic. The young hispanic boy I think his name tag said Isreal had a full argument with me over did I get extra rice. I told him I did not and the employee that served me told him I did not get extra rice. One of the female said it’s ok your bowl does not look like you have extra rice. He wouldn’t stop talking to me he even told me they can refuse service to me for no reason and he didn’t care about that job. I ask for a Manager who was right there listening the entire time and never tried to de escalate the situation. There was a line that formed I ask the Manager you are going to let him talk to me like this. He ask him to go to the back and Isreal refused at first When I said let me get my phone to record that’s when he went to the back. This is totally unacceptable. And by the way the food is horrible the beans are hard and the rice is also hard and stuck together. As I am looking at comments I see other complaints at the same location. I will never go to any Cava again. Please beware!!!!!!
