  HORRIBLE Service I have ever had in my life !!!! Not only was I spoken to rudely but the guy balled up my receipt and threw it at me FEELS Racist IF IM BEING HONEST OF PEOPLEOF COLOR ! . The owner was aware and never contacted me to Reimbursement or any solution and to make matters worse the guy still works there!!! Unbelievable manners or lack there of ! Never ever go here it's not professional or respectful. I had to keep calling to see what was the solution and still haven't gotten a call to this day about a SOLUTION! White guy with red hair !

  I normally order from this Buffalo Wild Wings when on my lunch ,Nick is normally there when he is my food is always hot and fresh the last two days 4/11-4/12 I’ve waited for my food at least 20 mins even though I ordered online on 4/11 I was told it was because it was new people working and when I finally got my food six piece wings and fries everything cold today 4/12 I placed another order online i go a wrap and fries the wrap had maybe 3 or 4 pieces of chicken cut up and all lettuce barely the dressing in it and the fries barely covered the bottom of the container not sure why’s been going on normally it’s great but the last two days has been horrible

  I placed an order on line, get there at the designated time to a long line of people waiting. No one came out of the back for 15 minutes, the young man was clearly stressed and tired as he was the only one working. He was polite and I understood that it wasn’t his fault but this was unacceptable. II had already paid for my order on line and I asked if he could just cancel my order. He stated that he couldn’t and he needed a manager to cancel. I felt really bad for the employee but no employees should be left alone on a Saturday night to fill so many orders. I will just have to dispute this with my cc

  We tried ordering online through Buffalo Wild Wings own website, on 2 different cell phones and a desktop computer. It wouldn't work. Some error with THEIR website. A bad enough error that it also caused ordering through grubhub to fail. Finally got an order confirmation using door dash. We ordered a 15/15 combo, 15 bone in using 3 different flavors and 15 boneless all the same flavor. TERIYAKI being that flavor. When the ordered arrived it included a total of 0 boneless wings. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes on the phone without ever speaking to anyone at any point I knew I would only be seeing the other HALF of my order if I went up and got it. So I did. Explained what happened and they had no issue getting me more. Great, fairly annoying problem solved. Right? WRONG! I'm handed my box of wings I walk out and get into my truck, im hungry so I grab a wing to eat real quick before leaving the parking lot, making a mental note that these wings dont seem to be the correct color to be Teriyaki wings, but assume im overthinking it. Im not over thinking it, because as im chewing up this wing I notice it has some spicy notes to, leaves a light burn on the tongue like something with a little heat to it. As in something OTHER than TERIYAKI. So I walk back inside and inform the employee that these wings are in fact NOT teriyaki wings. He tells me he's not sure what I mean, because he used the pump that "was teriyaki" and coated the wings with the sauce himself. Ive had Buffalo Wild Wings teriyaki wings before, multiple times, the wings I were handed tonight did not look, smell, or taste ANYTHING like the previous instances of teriyaki wings I've had. Instead of creating a scene, having an outburst and cussing out the employee I just left. Without the portion of food that was supposed to be my dinner. A complete and utter failure occurred here tonight and it made me go hungry, far to frustrated to want to even eat anymore. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience ive ever had.
