When I called, I was told I can pick it up myself or get partial refund. Makes no sense for me to pick it up, since I paid a delivery fee and tip smh. It’s another reminder why I hate ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings.

The WBC championship game was on but the audio was on some generic soulless music. I asked directly if we could get the audio for the game. The bartender went into the back as if she was going to put it on, returned from the back, then 10 minutes passed with no change. Every chair at the bar was taken and almost every table was dirty with trash and drink glasses all over. I sat at one of the 3 clean tables for about 10 minutes and no one even approached me to take a drink order.

I had a long day and just wanted to sip on a cold shiner draft. Apparently since I "look young" anyone that looks under 40 gets ID'd. Im 32 so get ID'd okay cool. However the customer who almost hit my car and his buddy both dont get ID'd since they "been here before". I believe everyone should be ID'd no matter what. I could show my ID but that would mean having to go all the way back to my car and I just didn't feel like it was fair. I wont be coming back to this location again .
