  Had dinner here with some friends and my experience was great, the food was fresh and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Jorge gave us the best service, I will be coming back again!

  Wonderful experience from Deacon and his staff. Shout out to the chef. The Tako was the best preparation I have had at any Blue Sushi concept hands down. I would return just for the octopus. Thank you! Try the Yellowtail Serrano. You will be glad you did!

  The food and service at the Blue Sushi at Preston Hollow was excellent this evening. Jon was our server, and we had the best service ever this evening. I especially enjoy the vegan options on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant!

  This is the worst sushi place I’ve ever been to! Not only is the server RUDE it literally took 40 min for my food and I’m ALONE. No one said sorry no one fixed that mistake I’m just supposed to except it. This place is crap, servers don’t know what they’re doing at all. I see the other servers and they’re rude and clueless too. Don’t go there!!

  Horrible service by this black lady and white girl at bar so I have an pick up order basically just sitting right by her and she basically taking bout 10 customers to they seat while I been waiting 15 mins and my order right there getting cold. Then soon as I see my order I try get it and that’s when I get acknowledged by girl at bar and other girl which is crazy when I been standing there for 15 mins. They was rude and I have been not getting serviced. My last time here. Then the girl gonna tell me I’m gonna wait no I’m not gonna wait I just won’t be a customer here. These 2 girls and staff need better training like why wouldn’t u just grab my order and hand to me when it’s right there. But yall rather keep walking off waiting on other people when it takes 2 seconds to hand over my order but she wanna yell and get rude cause of what my order just sitting there and I’m definitely not removing anything how rude and horrible yall customer service is. I hope everyone sees how customers get treated here and never come here look at there response. Yall need learn how to talk to customers I wouldn’t dare come to the trash establishment again.
