- SSshadokatJan 10, 20261.0If I could give a MINUS star rating, I would. We ordered delivery from the Baskin Robbin’s on Clark Road, Duncanville Texas @ 6:51 on January 10. 3 scoops ice cream. A 3 scoop hot fudge sundae. Can of whipped light cream. Instead of a normal bowl we got was 3 of the 16oz SODA glasses, filled with ice cream. So 3 kids and an adult (me) were trying to use those little pink spoons they included to try to get a bite of ice cream out of tall glasses. It doesn’t work. And was totally ridiculous. A waste of time and money. And to add to the insult, instead of getting the can of whipped cream we ordered, we got another tall glass with the cream just squirted into it. Horrible way to do business.

I was the second person in line but while i was looking at the selections, waiting for my turn, a man got in front of me. I was totally railroaded. As he chattered away at how expensive the icecream was i waited patiently. When the employee.was about to take his order i kindly let him know i was actually next. The guy said "oh, take care of her",. The employee took my order in a rush , though he didnt mind having a "15 min" conversation with the man about how much everyrthing was . I ignored it. I wanted my icecream more than i cared about his lackluster customer service. I was still waiting for the lady in front of me but still standing behind the man because he didnt move. The employee still bypassed me to ring up the guy at which point i sat my purchase on the counter and kindly walked. I figured since he could care less about my value as a customer, why spend my money there. I felt the whole experience was sexist.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
