  I love this Arby's location. Here's why: 1. 2/$7 crispy fish sandwich special! This special runs 3-4 months per year, and triggers my visits to this Arby's. It's the best fast food fish sandwich I have found, and I consolidate the two planks on one bun and add pickles to optimize the experience for me. 2. Service: the guy who's usually at the counter knows my order as I walk through the door and always greets me with a smile and a friendly chat. My order is always ready in just a few minutes, and is always fresh and hot. 3. Location: Perched on the west side of Greenville just north of Caruth Haven, this store is smack in the middle of my routine comings and goings around town, perfect for an occasional pit stop on the run. Highly recommended! The wait is almost always short, and this place is too good to let die on the vine for lack of interest.

  Went inside during lunch time, just after 12 in the afternoon on a Saturday and it was void of any employees or customers. I could hear someone speaking and attempted to get their attention by first ringing the actual bell by the door, then I called the store location phone number with no response to either. I then raised my voice to get someone's attention by saying Hello loudly. Someone came forward, said they didn't hear the bell. I stated that I called too and wouldn't be ordering anything today.
