  Ordered Uber Eats and my order was wrong and cold. Whoever worked the night shift the uber driver was on the phone with me and we both witnessed how rude the employee was being about my drink that the Arby’s cashier actually got wrong!!! I got a refund but the drive thru cashier was rude

  HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING and A COMPLETE WASTE! On Wednesday, March 11, 2026 I was in a bind and needed to grab something. Stopped in at this particular location on Wheatland rd and have regretted it ever since. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich with curly fries and a French sandwich with curly fries. I requested the order to be made to order. They asked for me to way by the side doors for an additional 10 minutes or so— I did. I received our order only to find the chicken overcooked, no bacon or Swiss and a crap load of cold lettuce. We had already left heading to our destination. I called the store 10 times if not more only for the company to ignore our calls. The very next day I called the corporate office and they did absolutely nothing— not even a refund. My family and I will never ever invest in this company again— none of them! Poor quality all around. I’m making it my business to spread the news around town.

  STAY AWAY: There is a reason there are never cars at this location. It's been months since I ate at this establishment and I regret doing so today. I ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar sandwiches with no red ranch. It was verbally confirmed and is even on the receipt. (Fed both to my dogs, so at least someone's happy.) I glanced in and checked the top bun of the top sandwich with a "special" sticker saw the cheese and foolishly moved on. When I got home I learned that BOTH of the sandwiches I received were swimming in red ranch so much so that the wrappers were saturated in it had I dismantled the sandwich to check beneath the meat and looked at the bottom the bun. I shouldn't have to dismantle a sandwich at the drive-thu to make sure my $13.62 bread meat and cheese sandwiches have exclusively just that. It's bad enough I should be able to sue for the actual portion size compared to the false advertisement that is the menu photos. I only give one star because apparently the guy taking orders at the window is the only competent human in the building. I pray he finds a real job soon, as his existence is wasted with your pathetic excuse for a "restaurant". Fast food is dying because experiences like this, to which I say, GOOD RIDDANCE if you lack the competence to make a 3 ingredient sandwich.
