  DO NOT ORDER from store 6381 on 5240 Spring Valley Rd. I recently tried the "French Dip Royale", which was wonderful. I subsequently ordered it for delivery 3 more times, and all three times the french dip sandwich came with out the dip. The phone number for the store on my receipts came up as BUSY before even one ring. This store clearly has zero interest in customer care. I did try to submit a survey through the Arby's website but it is defective - at no point could I get the Submit button to appear - despite having spent time filling it out - because ... get this... it couldn't process the fact that I ordered a French Dip Royale. This last problem goes way beyond just this locale store. It is the regional if not national company that maintains their surveys. For me, this is a red flag that things have gone horribly wrong. I'll not trust my health where such pathetic customer service rules. (Note: If they provide any other comment here other than an invitation to me for compensation, they they are just trying to cover up their failings with a facade of caring.) (UPDATE - see for yourself in their reply: either the "owner" didn't read my review above or the cheap AI they use lies in representing itself as the owner. I'll let you know if I hear from them, but the "owner" should have addressed the issues in its reply.) (UPDATE 2 -4.16: have not received any communications from the store as the above response would seem to indicate. I have checked my spam folder daily status: still waiting for their customer service to contact me.)

  Stopped by on a wim and actually went in to eat and it was the cleanest fast food place I’ve ever been to and THE workers were super nice and the cook was super professional and cooked it fast but cooked it correctly and it was so delicious!! I asked for their names and they were DALIA and CARMEN and they were absolutely amazing definitely need to be rewarded for top notch everything

  Stopped in yesterday for lunch and it was really good. Everything was hot and fresh and the two ladies working were super nice. The curly fries were hot and crispy, the mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh and the beef and cheddar’s were on point!

  Our food was fine but the woman in the drive thru was rude. Made a comment about our order being “too much” (we ordered three sandwiches and a thing of poppers, not sure how that’s a lot). Felt like she was a bit uncalled for, I paid for it so why did it matter? Not gonna do that again.
