  I went to order but needed to use the restroom first. Once I finished using the restroom, there was no soap or sanitatizer to clean my hands. I ask the young ladies who were working and both of them ignored my request and had no resolution for me to clean my hands. One young lady said they had some soap in their restroom but didn't offer me any to clean my hands. The other young said that they didn't have none period. So my question is how are you cleaning your hands and you are serving food? No response. This Arby's need to be closed immediately. They are nasty. I will never visit thos restaurant again and no one else should. Disgusting!

  Terrible attitudes from the employees. Rude through the speaker, rude at the window, upset when we asked for sauces.

  Employees have no idea what they're doing. Customer service and understanding when they mess up and to make it right has never existed at this Arbys. It's in the hood for a reason.

  Food was okay. We kind of wanted Arby's. Other than that, it was bad. There was no access to the fountain for soda except ice and water. A person had come in asking for a cup of ice (it was pretty warm that day) and they were turned away because they didn't have the amount equal to a small drink. I had spoken up to pay said price and made the comment it was ridiculous to charge for that. The employee responded rudely as if I was directing that comment to them directly by stating it was company policy. I followed by saying I was not directing that towards them but towards the situation. The employee then became aggressive with their tone. I left shortly afterwards and I won't be returning to this location.
