Twice there were left on the very edge of my porch, nearly falling off. The one time it was done right was when a nice, young lady delivered the bags. I did not see who delivered them wrongly. Update 3-30-26: Once again, my delivery instructions were ignored. It galls me that this driver will get a $5 tip for inconveniencing me.

I've had so many bad experiences over the past 6 months of them forgetting to give me entire bags of my order, to sitting in my car for over 20mins and finally having to go in to get my curbside groceries. Today Chicken Stock was not in stock and they wanted to substitute Spicy Beef Broth! I havent even picked my order up yet and know it will be wrong and I will have to go in. What is the point of curbside if the employee doing the shopping can't make a simple, similar substitution and you spend more time trying to get some remotely similar via the chat feature than if you dragged kids into the store and did shopping yourself?
