To the manager that was on shift tonight 12/31/25 at 830, you were very rude, you didn’t put a good example on how to correctly get your employees to communicate with customers instead you acted out as someone who was angry to be working on a Holiday. You gave attitude and didn’t communicate properly even nudged my bag at me. Also forgetting straws, next time we’re in Texas we definitely will not be giving this place business.

The people working here are completely incompetent. They were out of bacon and chicken strips. A local said they are always out of stuff. They kept saying they were out of bacon that was because they hadn’t cooked it. Two people couldn’t even figure out how to take salt off fries on the register. I will never stop at this store and would advise others not to as well

Well I ordered the Chili and it had more beans than anything. I thought Chili started out with meat and then 🤔 you add beans if you like, not the other way around 🤔 very disappointing 😕 I had a cup of beans!!!

STAY AWAY. WORST EVER. When we first got there only 1 girl (Jacquline)working all stations pleasant at first.Are you here alone. No my manager and coworkers in the back.My fries were cold i asked if we could get fresh fries, I guess she didn't like that. We went and sat down, both our burgers were cold, chicken sandwich still frozen. We went up to the counter, these are ice cold, I just want my money back. They (now theres 2 people )looked a bit surprisedI asked for a receipt, sheclaims she couldn't give me one, then let me take a picture of the one you just put in drawer.The look on her face when, I informed her I was a secret shopper.. Priceless. I can't believe they actually thought they could serve cold cold food. Realized I left my debit card, went back. Guess the manager and other employee heard that a secret shopper just passed through. They were all up front.
