- CCCh4tterboxJan 28, 20261.0My family and I came up through the drive thru this afternoon and ordered lunch. When we made it to the second window and grabbed our bag, whoever put the fries into the bag just toss them in and the medium sized container only had a few fries, the rest were in the bottom of the bag. My wife asked if they could fix it and the girl (she was nice) working the window asked her manager and her manager said there was nothing they can do about it. That's really bad customer service will not be coming back to this place again.
- IVIsel ValenzuelaDec 19, 20251.0Driving through this morning and stopped to get breakfast there. Wife and zi both ordered sausage mcmuffins with egg amd we got a bunch of egg shells in the eggs. There was 2 pieces in mine, and my wife got like 5 or 6 pieces. That makes for a bad breakfast when you start crunching on egg shells. It's so easy to see them when you first crack the egg, why leave them in there to cook and serve to customers. Definitely won't stop there again of that's how little the kitchen staff cares about the food they hand out, what else do they just let slide??
