Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Notably clean restaurant, very tidy, friendly staff all around, no issues with a slightly customized order. Thank you to management for including staff members with some apparent intellectual / developmental disabilities. The young man who delivered our meal in the restaurant was very polite and inquisitive. He had friendly interactions with some regular customers. We noted he did a particularly good job keeping things clean - tables, floors, even trash receptacles. A good example for many. Keep up the great work at this location!
- MSMike ScottApr 1, 20261.0Whataburger here is just terrible now. Your order is always wrong. Foods getting worse. We get soggy cold fries. Ask for fresh ones. I get half filled large. 2 smalls and a medium to replace them. We told girls twice it's a large 2 mediums and 1 small. Then the burger are cold. I don't get grilled onions. Instead put it on my wife burger where she didn't want onions. Mine had regular unions. Buns tasted terrible. Honestly all of them are terrible now. You tell a manager they don't even care. Seriously out last 10 times going there order was correct once.

To the point I'm not sure there is anyone on the morning crew that don't know me. I am always pleased with the service. While it does sometimes get long lines in the drive thru, those are usually only during heavy rush times, and it is to be expected. Even then the wait is not terribly long. Curbside is always a nice option if you don't want to sit in the drive thru.
