  That little girl w/ the braces, get her a new position b/c the drive through is not for her. She had an attitude because I asked her to take the ice of my child’s drink as I requested when placing the order & it was repeated back to me. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she came back to the window speaking Spanish & laughing & then walked away. No “have a nice day” or nothing. The ice isn’t even the issue. Her attitude alone is the reason for this one star review. Don’t let that bad apple affect the funds your establishment brings in. I hope she laughs at this review. UPDATE: I went back today. Idk what changed but I’m not mad at the new attitude!

  If you pay in cash be sure to count your change. It has happened not 1x not 2x but 3x I was intentionally given the wrong amount back. The lady that work the window thinks she's slick. The first couple of times I chalked it up as a mistake, but it became obvious that she was trying to be sneaky. I'm willing to bet $100 the next time I pay in cash she will try it again. At this point I have meta glasses, and I will be recording just to post it online. Not to mention the quality of the food and prep is not all that. I just moved here 2 years ago from PHX and never have I experienced bad preparation in low quality food repetitively from any wendy's. Truth be told they need to close down. Just like that chicken restaurant that was next door.
