  Inept, lazy, unconcerned, all words I would use to describe the employees. They don’t greet you, they don’t come up front, they’ll look you right in the eye and walk away. They will confidently hand you the wrong order, they don’t bother to clear delivery orders and routinely force drivers to waste their time and gas coming to pick up orders that don’t exist. The employees leave their personal coffee mugs and backpacks laying out on the customer tables too. I can’t speak for the trash food they serve, because the arrogant employees that cant be bothered to do their jobs are more than enough to turn around and walk right out. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. This place is dirty, trashy, and lazy.

  The smoothies and food are great but the workers are not friendly at all! Very rude! No people skills !! I came back here with my boyfriend because I was telling him how good this place is! and the young lady working didn’t greet us when we walked in she just kept staring at us. We waiting 10 minutes before leave as she didn’t speak to us once, she just kept making other orders without addressing us. Very rude workers no people or communication skills. We were very patient but as a worker she could have said to give her a minute or she’ll be right with us but she didn’t. She ignored us.

  This particular tropical smoothie is a letdown. People are often rude, and the smoothies are not smooth; they are very inconsistent. I’m over the chewy bits of fruit in the smoothie—it's sad. One sip, and I’m hit with a chunk that disrupts the whole vibe. It’s disappointing when you crave that refreshing, creamy texture, only to be met with a mouthful of frustration. I just want a reliable, delicious blend that lives up to the tropical promise!
