  Set a mobile order outside the store. Pick up time was 9 pm went into the store at 857 and my order wasnt ready. They didnt start to fix everything until I got there. The store was empty. There were 2 employees one was telling the other what to do.

  Came here to pick up an online order and had a terrible experience. The middle aged lady working there was making sandwiches for a family in front of me at .25 speed. It took her like 7 minutes to finish a sandwich as customers piled in behind me. After she finally finished she didn't even acknowledge me and talked to the people behind me. After getting her attention she still barely acknowledged me and wouldn't even look at me as I asked for the order by name. She had zero sense of urgency or care that the store was piling up with customers behind me and continued to move at the speed of molasses.

  I am actually laughing at how bad this is… I ordered rotisserie chicken to begin with and instead of that I got literally 4 strips of grilled chicken. 😭 Where is the protein? This is so bad it’s just sad. They had no cookies baked so I couldn’t even order and this short chubby hispanic lady made my sandwich and handed it to me gasping for air and looking frustrated. Usually this other female makes my sandwich with her makeup done and piercings and does a fantastic job always!!! Where did she go…. Giving this Subway one more chance and then thats it. Edit: I was so caught up on the lack of meat I just realized theres no sauces that I ordered. Please management take care of this for future reference

  The lady working tonight 03/22/26 lied and said they were closed. We came at 9 pm. She just kept yelling no service in Spanish. The other girl came from the back and confirmed they were in fact open. She has died blonde hair. No name tag and horrible customer service.

  The lady or man not sure but is very very rude the she or he is typically there late or work overnight the worst attitude and also smashing my food on top of my bun idk just bad service I had to pray heavily over my food because of the bad vibe I was getting
