  I went to this sonic at 12:40pm they closed at 1am the man who took our order was very rude and kept asking “if that’s all” then after we ordered 3/4 drinks he just gave our total we said “we’re not done yet” he continued to ignore us then was throwing up his hands from inside we honked to get his attention and he came back to the speaker upset and said “what else “ we cancelled the entire order will never come here again terrible service

  My experience was bad, I was ordering slushys and he completely ignored me. Worst service ever. So I left because it wasn’t even busy he didn’t have to be rude. Never coming back.

  Pull-down, press button 3 × 3 times the button was turned off. No response, no order. 2 cars pulled through the drive got their food. And still no service.Only one car in parking lot for service other than me. So I just left and went to another one and got my food in just under 10 minutes. This sonic has become the worst place to try to eat at!!!

  Went at 8 PM (its Friday, so they close at 1 AM) and as usual, the Sonic Blast machine “is currently down” like it is every time the past couple of times I’ve gone, no matter what time of day. And then there’s the price. I ordered 1 regular meal with a drink, 2 grilled cheese, and Taylor tots…the total was $30. Literally insane. And of course, the staff was slow, a bit rude, and made it feel like we were inconveniencing them despite there only being one of two cars there. I get that working fast food is tough and stressful, but everything’s tough. And we’re all stressed. Which is why I’d just like to drown my tears in a Sonic Blast at the end of the day. Sonic—what happened to you?! Smh 😑
