    Do not go there employee stole my card!!!No stars for this place the guy working stolen my card info and charged my card several times!!!! Disputing charges !!! Never going there again not trustworthy do not give anyone ur card !!!!

    This is one of the worst fast food locations I’ve ever been to. The workers are very rude and have no customer service. I just visited today and ordered an All American Bacon Sonic Smasher and a Large Chicken Bites combo. Shirley did not put the order in correctly, putting in a different smash burger with added bacon and the combo as separate item charges instead of combo charge. The order should have been $20.11 according to their website, and I was charged $21.76. The food was given to me and the window shut, while I was trying to ask for sauces. When they opened the window again, I was told I had to be charged $0.27 for sauces and would not be given any for the entree. They insisted I had to order the sauces at the drive thru speaker, and could not ask at the window when paying & getting my food. They stated it was corporate’s rule that sauces cannot be given to customers. When I tried to clarify that they were refusing to give me sauces for my entree that comes with a sauce, the manager raised her voice at me stating it was not their fault and then threw a sauce at me.

    It was absolutely horrible. I try not to do bad posts butt when you put your order in and you absolutely 100% know what you ordered and they bring you something totally different and tell you that is what you ordered not very cool what happened to the customer is always right? So I ordered a heat blast medium the lady brought me a medium peach splash I said man this is not what I ordered she said yes this is absolutely what you ordered I'll trade it out for you but it is going to cost more. I should not have to pay for their mistakes she was very very rude about it. I'll never be back there or any sonics. They couldn't pay me to go back to another sonics not after that experience if I was the owner I would make sure that lady was gone just because I'm sure I'm not the only customer she treats that way she seemed pretty experienced in it the rudeness I mean

    Ordered a kid’s burger w/a girl (who was nice and I had no issues with). Told her plain and dry on the burger, no cheese, nothing. After waiting forever a young guy w/glasses brings my food out and as I go to check my son’s burger, it has everything. I tell him I ordered the burger plain and dry. He said I didn’t say anything about wanting it plain and that it didn’t show on the screen as plain. We go back and forth a few times until I realize he’s not trying to take the burger back to fix it so I finally just settle and take it as is. As I get home I check my receipt and it clearly says PLAIN.
