  This lady at the store is very vulger and vile and needs to be immediately fired!! Derrick is a very kind manager, known him for long time. Tried to order food and this lady says: 'I will be with you in a minute.' I wait and for 5 minutes, NO HELP!!!! I look around corner and same thing: 'I will be right with you!' Well, few more minutes and this unprofessional disrespectful person, just never gave a damn nor came to help. She has been very argumentative as well on one occasion and very short with me on couple occasions obviously having a bad day. This person does not care for their job!! SO replace her already!!! Asked if I could talk to Derrick, she says no you may not??? Seriously, what a rude hateful person. She has no idea of what 'Customer-Service' is. NONE. Filing complaints now and now cannot feel comfortable coming into a store that DOES NOT have enough help. Not the Pizza Hut way. HORRIBLE!!!!

  Love my Pizza Hut crew. Always greeted with a smile and the food is always fresh and hot. Best pizza and service. Thank you guys for going above and beyond

  The employee, I think her name is Parminder, oh my God, how rude she is! She yelled at me because she needed the last four digits of my cell phone number. I asked her again and again. When she saw me look her in the eye, she lowered her voice, but she's very rude. I don't know if that woman was having a bad day, but when she handed me the two pizzas, I said thank you, and all she replied was a "uh-huh." Good heavens, I didn't like that woman's behavior at all.

  Y’ALL!!!!!! I am STILL thinking about the incredible experience I had at Pizza Hut a few weeks ago and I just have to share this because WOW. I went in to pick up an order my wife placed, and I was on my bike trying to figure out how in the world I was going to carry two pizzas, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, AND wings home safely. I thought I was about to have a full-on balancing act situation. Then Ellie stepped in like an absolute superstar. She didn’t just hand me my food and send me on my way — she actually took the time to problem-solve with me and figure out the best way to pack everything so it would fit securely on my bike. She suggested different packaging options, happily rearranged things multiple times, and was SO patient, kind, and genuinely determined to help me succeed. We tested different setups until we found the PERFECT fit, and she never once seemed rushed or annoyed — just smiling, encouraging, and ready to help. Not only was the service beyond amazing, but the food was HOT, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect! I can honestly say this was the BEST customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Ellie is a shining star, and Pizza Hut is unbelievably lucky to have someone like her on their team. Seriously — give this woman a HUGE raise because you just don’t find this level of kindness, care, and dedication anywhere else these days. 10/10 experience. I’m still blown away. 👏🍕
