  If you have an employee who feels frustrated or unhappy with their job, it might be worth either providing coaching or considering whether they’re the right fit for the role. If I ask for a gluten-free rice dish, I believe I’m fully within my rights to kindly confirm that my order was prepared gluten-free. Christopher came across as quite aggressive when assisting me. He also seemed irritated when I asked for the total of my purchase, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Overall, the service felt disappointing, and it gave the impression that customer safety and care were not being taken seriously.

  I grew up going to Pei Wei loved it!! Sadly during covid it went downhill food was bad and the restaurant itself felt gross. Today decided after many years to give it a try again. Store was clean and the food was absolutely delicious! Will come back! The new owner is so sweet! She gave us and those around the restaurant homemade fortune cookies with cute icing and sprinkles on top!! 10/10!!

  My family came to eat here this past weekend and we were very unsatisfied. As soon as we ordered we were told it would be a 20 minute wait time, we said no problem. We all got our food at different times (it was 4 of us), however my husbands food took exactly 1 hour to come out, even after asking twice for an update. There was a moment before my husband got his food that a worker approached our table and asked if we were finished, and again we stated that we were still waiting on his food. Not even 2 minutes after his food came out, the worker begins to clean off our entire table and asks if he wants a Togo box. Out of frustration, he said yes and decided to take his food home. The coke machine was also flat. The workers were very nice, however the service was just horrible.

  I had a really great experience at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the overall atmosphere of the place was clean and welcoming. What made our visit truly special was Lorie. She took such great care of us from the moment we walked in—super friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and it made a big difference in our experience. She even treated us to complimentary fortune cookies made in-house, which were absolutely delicious—perfectly sweet with cream and sugar crystals on top. Such a thoughtful touch! Big thanks to Lorie for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

  Pei Wei has been one of my favorites since I was a child. Several Pei Wei locations near me took a hard hit around COVID. The service, atmosphere, and food at those locations went seriously downhill, and they ended up closing. I have not been to Pei Wei since. I drove to this one a few weeks back and came back today. I’m so glad I did! The food is actually better than I remember it; they put extra sauce on the noodles now!! This Pei Wei is back at one of my favorite Asian places to eat. The only constructive feedback I will give is that I do wish the tables and floors were a little more clean. Nevertheless, I absolutely plan to keep coming back! The food quality is on point.
