This McDonald's sucks. They seem to never have the latest happy meal promotion on time. On two separate occasions, we got home to find that they didn't include the kid's toy. It is pretty frustrating as that is the main draw for taking out for our kid. Several times, I've sat at the curbside for 30 minutes waiting on my order. Submitted bad feedback via the application and got no response.

Unbelievable how long the drive thru wait was I’m actually stunned I haven’t sat in a FAST FOOD LINE that long in I can’t even remember with grace I waited 15 mins without ANY MOVEMENT then I decided to read the reviews and realize this is not a just today issue everyone is complaining abt the service and wait times totally ridiculous if this how u guys operating daily utilize the 3rd window after I drove off disappointed I notice nobody was even parked at that window just useless do you guys not care abt the drive thru time anymore??? That use to matter!

I waited over 15+minutes for a frappe. Even after I asked a person dropping off food to others I waited an additional 10+. Until I got down and asked to speak to the manager she provided the frappe. She looked so overwhelmed and just tired so I wasn’t upset she didn’t apologize she just wanted to handle what I needed with. Just serves as a reminder why to go to Chick-fil-A instead.

I am still trying to understand how this experience made any sense. Yesterday, I was dining inside, not just one of a few customers, but literally the ONLY person in the entire lobby, and somehow a simple order of two Hot N Spicy sandwiches took close to 20 minutes to come out. Meanwhile, I had the unfortunate privilege to watch the drive thru operate at lightning speed. Car after car, with larger and more complicated orders, were being served within minutes. So clearly, the kitchen is capable of moving fast, just not if you are standing inside the restaurant. It really gives the impression that dine in customers are an afterthought, while drive thru orders get all the priority because those times are actually tracked and measured on some computer for corporate to see. If that is the case, it shows exactly where the focus is, and it is definitely not on providing equal service to everyone. To make things even better, when I went up to ask about my order, getting a clear answer was a challenge. Communication was poor, all those DEI hires don't speak english, and no one seemed willing to take accountability or provide a proper update. Instead of a straightforward answer, I got vague responses and no sense of urgency, as if I was the problem for simply asking about a simple order that had already taken far too long. It is pretty ironic. You can stand inside an almost empty restaurant and still wait longer than a full drive thru line. If the goal is to discourage people from ordering inside, then congratulations, it is working. And honestly, stepping inside just makes it worse. McDonalds today feels more like a dull, lifeless office space than a place people actually want to sit and enjoy a meal. Compared to how colorful and inviting it used to be in the 90's, the current atmosphere feels cold and uninspired, which only adds to the overall experience. Between the excessive wait time, poor communication, lack of accountability, and obvious prioritization of drive thru over dine in customers, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. If this location is going to prioritize one line of customers over another, then I will simply start prioritizing other restaurants, like the Chick fil A across the street.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s location. Almost every time I place an order through the app, I arrive about 15 minutes later and park in the designated pickup spot. After I notify the restaurant through the app that I’ve arrived, the real wait begins. From that point on, I’m often left waiting nearly 40 minutes just to receive my order. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead through the app for convenience and faster service. If customers are still expected to wait this long after arriving, there is no benefit to using the mobile ordering system at all. It feels like the app orders are not being prioritized or handled efficiently. Management seriously needs to address this issue—whether that means improving staff efficiency, adjusting workflow, or making changes to how mobile orders are handled. Consistently long wait times like this are unacceptable and very disappointing.
