  Got the bacon chicken sandwich, was mediocre at best. Lettuce and bread was all i tasted the first couple of bites, hardly any chicken on the sandwich. And I spent $12 for that? What a rip off, I should of gone to Charley's right across the street instead. Not to mention I didn't even know my sandwich was done until 5 mins later when the maker finally said something. It was sitting on the counter for awhile when I had no idea it was mine.

  Dear Operations Team: there are staffing problems. Half of the time we come in this is one of the best sandwich shops in the state of Texas. The other half of the time we get the lazy, rude crew who are already closing 1.5 hours early, can't make things because "we a'ready put dat away," can't figure out how to ring up custom orders and pretend there aren't customers until they're done gabbing and standing around. They move slow, make bad sandwiches and that's not all.
