  Not so polite flower department staff! Today my daughter and I went in to pick out some flowers for her birthday today. My daughter then went to the lady and asked " can you wrap these for me please ". The lady may have seemed to not hear my daughter that was looking directly at her because my daughter asked her again " can you wrap my flowers please". The lady said ok and instructed us to go pay for the flowers then come back to pick them up. Ok fine, no problem. When we came back to pick my daughter flowers up, we asked them where they were. Another lady pointed towards the floor and said " Right there". To our disbelief, my daughter birthday flowers were sitting on a storage bin on the floor. I was so shocked and angry inside, but didn't want to question their actions because today was about my daughter. Although she wasn't very happy about it neither. Also what was upsetting was that her flowers look like they just wrapped green paper around it and sat it down. No trying to make it look nice or anything. Mind you, we always get our flowers wrapped at our local HEB on Tuckerton and Fry, so we know how gorgeous they can look when effort gets put into it . However we only came to this location because we were in the area shopping. Which btw, was our very first time visiting this location. Also, They gave us the flowers with no flower food in it. I was extremely disappointed and didn't understand why we were treated without care and precision with our purchase. Needles to say, I'll stick to my home HEB where they value flowers shoppers that want a nice bouquet. These ladies did not provide a good flower shopping experience for my daughter's birthday unfortunately. And treatments like this are very memorable.

  I’ve been an HEB shopper forever, and after recently moving, this is now my go-to location. It’s always busy but what HEB isn’t? The store is consistently clean and always stocked with popular and viral items. What really stands out is the customer service. Jaelin has helped me a few times and is always kind, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues. He was especially sweet to my son when he became an instant winner Jaelin was just as excited as he was! My son even took his winnings to school for show-and-tell. Kayla at the courtesy booth was also great. She kindly watched my cart while I grabbed one last item and was so gracious about it. Thank you, Jaelin and Kayla! As someone who works in customer service, I truly appreciate experiences like this.

  Absolutely the worst delivery service from this location. I have only had a few good deliveries but I'd say most of my deliveries have been terrible. I'm talking eggs busted without me realizing, I pick up my bags to bring them in and egg just all over my house. This has happened more than once and today it was eggs and flour busted open. While I called it in for a refund my child thought it would be great sensory play. Delivery is supposed to make life easier not cause more problems for the customer. I have had too many bad experiences with this location.

  I LOVE shopping at HEB. I even made it a requirement to have one close by, when I was looking for my house. Everything you’d want in a shopping experience you can find it at HEB.

  I just love HEB! While each one may be arranged inside differently, they pretty most share the same produce and products. I do like the fact that this Cypress location carries similar items to the Katy location, making it easier for me to know what location has what I need, especially if I am passing through Cypress on the way home and don't want to make an extra stop outside of my way from home just to go to a Katy location. I do like the fact that there are different products not found at other locations, but I have found here at this location. In addition, I have found an abundance of similar items here that appear to always be sold out at other locations.
