    I’ve always liked Wingstop and this location used to be reliable, which is why the recent experiences have been disappointing. Over the past few visits, my order has been wrong multiple times — receiving tenders instead of wings, getting the wrong number of sauces, and even being handed someone else’s order entirely. This hasn’t been a one-time mistake, but a consistent issue. I’m not sure what has changed, whether it’s management or overall attention to detail, but this level of inaccuracy is frustrating and not what I’ve come to expect from this location. When customers place an order, they should be able to trust they’re receiving what they actually paid for. The food itself is still good, but order accuracy needs serious improvement.

    Very bad experience , the wings were not fresh rotten and smell bad. One can clearly see the condition of the meat from the pictures attached. I am going to contact Harris county health department and complain about the quality of food they are selling to the public. I have been their customer ever since they open but lately their quality of product have been worse. Check your food before you pick up

    Amazing experience at Wingstop! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. The service was fast and well organized, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they care about both the quality of the food and the customer experience. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

    I have ordered from this place numerous times and something always goes wrong. I in general love Wing Stop. The staff at this location is Nice. So my complaint is not there. Something is very wrong with The online system every time I’ve ever ordered on the online system, it either doesn’t order my order at all or double or triples my order. So then I have to call in my order over the phone, which is not a big deal but every time I have ever done this, my order is never right. I went there today after placing my order over the phone and when I looked at the receipt, half my order was incorrect I then brought it to the attention of the sweet young lady at the front. She assured me that everything in the system was correct. I then get home to open my food and half the order is wrong. Unfortunately, I’m gonna have to forgo eating at Wingstop. This has happened far too many times, and when you’re spending $40 and $50 sometimes more on an order as I have a large family, your food should not be wrong. It’s so sad because when they do get your order right, the food is actually really good.

    All around suboptimal experience. Second time this has happened. Arrived at the restaurant. Stood waiting to claim my order while the one guy at the counter was taking a phone order. Plenty of employees wandering around, but apparently making sure the game was on the tv was more important. Finally got the order after someone came wandering up from the back. The store looked kinda bombed. I was there at about 7pm, but it wasn’t super busy. In addition to the guy taking orders, there were a couple guys watching the game, a girl on her phone, and a couple guys wandering the kitchen aimlessly. Crap on the floor and counters needing wiped. Soda machine straight sticky and gross. Also, it’s supposed to be a freestyle machine, but was out of several flavors. Got my order home and realized it was missing an order of fries. (Fries were on the receipt, on the sticker on the bag, just not in the bag.). Sent my teen back to the store to get the fries. Sat down to eat, realized my order of 8 wings included 7 wings. Didn’t bother to tell my teen to get the singular missing wing. Apparently, in addition to not handing out orders promptly, not checking packing slips, not cleaning as they go… someone can’t count to eight. Two stars only because the young man who answered the phone when I called to say I was sending my teen to pickup the missing fries was very professional and polite. Wings were cold and only mid. How is this possible when I picked up the order ten minutes after ordering?? Veggie sticks and blue cheese were good, but not worth the price of the ticket. Won’t be back, ever.
