    incredibly disorganized. i understand the rush from super bowl day, but the system for pick up orders is awful. doordash, uber eats, and online orders were all mixed up, impossible to find my own order. i had placed an order at 7:15pm and still couldn’t get my order almost 2 hours later. i ended up just canceling the order and leaving at 9pm empty-handed. staff tried their best but the system was horrible

    I would like to speak to a member of your district leadership team to further describe my interactions with your team in Fairfield this evening. In summary: 1. Pickup order placed 4:20 2. "Estimated" time for order to be ready 4:50 3. Arrived for pickup 5:00 4. Checked in with staff for order/ order not yet ready 5:15. 30-40 bags were on racks and tables ready for pickup. The staff only called a few of the same names but did NOT call the names of the other orders ready for pickup. 5. The staff checked my order number and stated they were making my order next and it was coming up 6:15 6. *The staff found my ORIGINAL order on the table 6:25. The staff attempted to give me the order that had been on the table for nearly 1.5 hrs. I declined and asked for the order they stated they were preparing since I had waited since 5:00 7. ** The staff then took the ORIGINAL order to the back and brought it back out to the front and presented it as a fresh order. The staff gave me the same crumbled bag with the original receipt and cold food 8. *** I declined the order and challenged the staff for being dishonest and asked for the fresh order. The staff then repackaged the ORIGINAL order in new boxes and bag and put fresh fries on top of the closed boxes. Definitively the fresh fries could be distinguished from the old wings based on temperature and dried sauce. I left upset to avoid creating a further seen 9. **** The entire process in place was unorganized and unsafe. The entire front of the building was packed shoulder to shoulder with customers and a slightly smaller cluster of customers outside the door. Wait times are expected on your busiest day of operation. My complaint isn't that I missed the entire first half of the superbowl. My complaint isn't that I waited almost 2 hours, or that the crowd management wasn't thought through. My primary feedback is that your team was DISHONEST, and compounded the behavior by continuing to be DISHONEST even after being called on their dishonesty. I submitted my information via your website feedback forum and I'll be waiting to hear from your district leadership team. I will however be back tomorrow, 2/9/26 to speak to your manager on duty regardless of contact from your district leadership team. Regards, Charles Ofili Fairfield, TX

    I pick up often and the last probably dozen or so times their order board says my order is ready however I still end up waiting at least 10-15 min. Consistently horrible service and advertising.

    This is the 2nd time they make mistakes with my order I will never order from them anymore not sure what kind employees or manager they have they dont give employees trainings or ask them to check order
