I was hesitant to make this review since I have been coming to this Wingstop for years. Due to the fact that it’s right next to my house, the customer service has always been great, and the food is quality. But recently I had my first bad experience. “Micheal” one of the staff, was immediately rude. You walk in and “Micheal” just stares at you , he didn’t ask if I was picking up or placing, just stood there until I initiated my pick up order. Then, I usually don’t ever check my order because my order is never wrong. But “Micheal” was rushing to pack my order so something just told me to check. Especially since I didn’t see the normal staff I tend to see when I go in put my order together.
“Micheal” gave me blue cheese instead of ranch, he forgot the vegetables I ordered so by the time I got home. I didn’t feel like driving back. And when I said he forgot one of my sauces he went inside my bag, took everything out, before getting it. As if I was lying. Next time refer to the receipt and maybe you would have also realized you forgot a few more things. It wasn’t until he realized he missed 1/3 things he decided to fix his attitude. I’m highly dissapointed. I always tip. I’ve never had any issues. But this is crazy.

I will never order from this location again. I placed an order on line and didn’t realize the delivery party was DoorDash as I dont like to use them. I order $60 worth of food with a nice tip. The food comes about 20 minutes later and the guy is handing me ONE bag. I knew this wasn’t correct as $60 wouldn’t fit in one bag and I saw no drinks. I call the store to try to figure out the issue and the rude individual that picked up first thing out their mouth was can you please place your order online! Like what?! I wasn’t even greeted properly, rude. They then tell me can you not just come get the food. Why would I pay for delivery and still have to come get it?! At this point I decided to just go get the good as I have sick and hungry people. I get there and I’m greeted with such attitude and I had to ask for my order meaning so did the delivery guy and WS simply didn’t give him all my order. I will not be ordering again!

⚠️⚠️The guy that works there, not sure if hes the manager but he’s racist if you’re not a Hispanic customer. I came there with my partner who’s a light skin black man to order chicken tenders and he wanted them lemon and pepper. He asked the guy if he can choose any flavor to make sure and the guy told him no that they only sell the chicken tenders plain which is not true according to the Wingstop menu. As he told my partner that, he turned his back on us and walked to the kitchen as if like he had no interest to serve us. Racist manager/employee.
