    COMPLETELY UNPORFESSIONAL I walked into this wingstop and immediately noticed that the Cashier Malissa was fumbling with her jewelry and face i overlooked that , until she handed me and my sister our cups one had hair in it and the other cup which was my cup she touched the top after touching her jewlery and face and mind you her nose is wrapped up as if she just had nose job surgery , i politely told her i wasn’t trying to be funny but if she could get me a new cup due to those terms Melissa got mad , rolled her eyes , snatched my cup and proceeded to tell me i didn’t touch the top and aggressively got me a new cup I would NOT recommend this wingstop and will be contacting corporate .

    I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 18 minutes. It’s a 15 minute drive so when I arrived I was told it would be 20 more minutes. I waited and when they gave me my order headed home. When I got home I found they left out my fries. Bummer. The quality control needs major improvement here.

    The WORST wingstop that seriously needs better management & higher up management to step in and take control. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times trying to give them another chance to simply DO THEIR JOB and they’ve failed me yet again. Always mess up orders, one time they didn’t even have the wings in the bag, just fries. How does that even happen?? I’ve had to correct them at the store to fix my order only to get home and the order STILL not be correct. When I called, I asked if this is a common occurrence as this is my 3rd time now they’ve messed up my order. Not once has it been correct. The manager played it off like it’s new hires they are still training. Now way your employees take 6 months + to learn the job and if they do you need to find better employees. They now have a policy that you have to return the wings to get a refund. So regardless it’s the customer having to go out of their way to fix THIER MISTAKES. I will drive an extra 20 minutes further to the next wingstop just to avoid this sorry location.

    Mitzy was super helpful Came in around 11:20ish~ but she was very animated and helped guide me with my order Helped me to submit a survey and gave me a very positive experience with my first visit at this location Will definitely be coming back with the superb customer service exhibited !!
