    went through the drive through, got my food, fries lazily dumped in the bag, soda syrup needed to be changed, only redeeming quality was they gave me the right burger

    Where to start... The last time I ordered food online for my family one person was given a bun and lettuce, nothing else. The next time, we dined in this location, and we witnessed a homeless man come in, walk to the back, make food, and leave. None of the staffed cared. We hadn't been back for years after these incidents, but we wanted something different so I decided to give them one more shot hoping they got better. They had not. Half of our order was missing this time. The food was gross and very old tasting. The chicken nuggets we did get were shriveled and burnt. But, the fact we had to go back up there for the food we were missing (as if we aren't going to notice that or say anything) just solidified that we will never be back! And to top it off the manager and workers wanted to argue with my husband and the manager was pretty much calling my husband a liar, as if their food is that good that my husband would want to drive 15 minutes back up there on a Friday night after working all week, spending almost $100, just to scam for more 🤨? The manager was incredibly rude and cussed my husband out in spanish as she walked off. She was getting so rude that the cashier went from having an attitude to apologizing and trying to fix the situation, basically what the manager should have been doing. That young girl showed more maturity and composure than her own manager. I understand why this location has been empty for years! The GM of this location needs to look into the manager that worked the evening shift on 01/30/2026.

    Chicken salad was terrible. Hate blue cheese, it was all over the salad. Asked for honey mustard but didn't get it. Don't like apples in my salad. That did not have the Avocado salad.

    Worst Wendy’s by far in Houston…on top of the service that you could tell they did not want to be there, they made my simple #1 order completely backwards like it was on purpose….better off saving your money and spending it at any other fast food place if your hungry and on the move
