On 12/16/2025 I stopped in to have a hamburger for lunch. Ordered and paid for a Dave meal with no cheese, no pickles & no mustard - substitute with mayonnaise. The hamburger had cheese so I took it back and asked for another hamburger. The 2nd hamburger had mustard but was supposed to have mayonnaise. I surmised that the woman making the hamburger did not understand the instructions which was the cause of messing up the order so I suggested she learn English and that's when the trouble started. I was verbally insulted, told to leave, and never come back. A 3rd hamburger was made but I had enough, left without eating it and went somewhere else for lunch. The manager on duty made no effort to calm down the situation, offer an apology, etc. When she did speak the food preparer actually did speak very poor English so I assumed correctly. The rudest person of all was the worker at the cash teller taking the order. She has no customer service skills and should be in the back somewhere and not in the front representing the company. If someone is a racial or religious minority, etc. the the treatment I received raises legal questions....
