  Just had the rudest encounter at this Wendy's with the Manager. Ordered a total of 5 fries and the manager wanted to shout in the back saying "no it's 4 fries" and then saying charge her for the 5th. I showed on my receipt where it was a total of 5 fries. Didn't get straws, didn't get my sauces, he said I put them in the biggie bag, no they weren't in there, and didnt get a cup holder I asked for. I am the nicest person, but he was so rude. Like it's my fault, you didn't get it right? I come to this Wendy's all the time, but I'll go to Grant.

  Dude on the intercom working on the drive thru sounds a bit rude. Very snappy. I get it. Long day, stress, etc but at the end we are still huma. We still have a choice on how to treat people. There were no other cars. But the wait was a bit much. So maybe short staff? Idk but remember you never know what others are going through
