The French fries were soft and cold, while the fried chicken strips were extremely hard and only warm. My 3-year-old even asked, “What happened to the chicken, mommy?” I brought the food back and asked to speak with someone. The employee only said “hold on,” but no one ever came to check on me. We paid almost $20 for this meal and were only able to drink the Coke and eat the cheesy roll. I understand places get busy, but the food quality and lack of customer service were unacceptable. I hope this can be improved.

When I come back to pick up the missing item, there’s no apology or explanation. This is very frustrating and needs to be addressed.

I know they’re not the best tacos or burritos, but I just like the food. The service is really friendly. They have about three or four kiosk that you can order from so kinda wanna know how to navigate that in order to have a decent experience. Food came out quickly and they’re pretty well-made in terms of quantity in size of servings per item however I feel like this really can be a quite a crapshoot, depending on who’s working and their dedication to where they’re kind of work. my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.
