Then she threw my order on the counter and slid it to me, couldn’t even hand it to me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And the people who were after me were also getting the same attitude. Whoever she is, she needs to get fired because that type of attitude makes me never want to come back.

No greeting, no courtesy — just a horrible attitude and a nasty look like customers are a burden. The black-lipped girl was rude, her attitude is scary, she looks like a monster, she is unprofessional and completely disrespectful. Instead of treating people decently, he gave dirty looks, spoke with an attitude and even raised his voice. Honestly, I don’t understand how someone like that can be working in customer service. Subway should seriously replace this employee, because she ruins the whole experience of the restaurant. Customers deserve respect, not to be treated badly. With staff like this, you’ll only lose more customers.
