I put in a mobile order around 8 waited for a while and then noticed that somebody had just pulled up to go inside and open up and then other people started showing up so they were open with nobody being there and I was waiting for about 30 minutes for drinking food that was never gonna come out. On top of that every time you call the general manager or anybody, they always apologize and say it won’t happen again and I’m still waiting on refunds and it always happens again

I only gave a one star for food because I actually never got any food after 40 minutes. Waited 20 minutes before an employee came out to tell me that my order was given to someone else. After 10 more minutes, I was told they forgot to remake it. After 10 more minutes I had to leave to get to an appointment. It was just two grill cheese sandwiches- unbelievable. Never will I come here again.

Went to this sonic for the first time since it’s only 7 mins away from my job. We placed a big order and an order was missing we called said the manager had forgotten to put them there. We told them we were picking up. We waited more than 10 mins waiting for the order plus I place a medium tater tots for $3.45 when I’m supposed to charge them for having to go pick up the food they forgot to put in my order placed. The tater tots medium that’s not a medium wth!!!

It's 11:23 and I thought . Mmm.. some sonic after work.. yum!! Well guess what.. this Sonic either has not enough staff to work late nights or the staff you have doesn't care And shuts down way before closing time . Online hours says midnight.. closes at midnight.. 11:23 is way before midnight..
And this the SECOND time I go before closing and nobody acknowledges the drive thru ... frustrating
I can not answer these questions because I didn't get anything
