Long story short, they attempted to charge my card 3 times for a $10 order. Told me it didn’t go through, but it did twice. The receipt I was given was for cash. It’s been 2 months and no resolve to refund me my money. I was offered a $10 gc to Sonic. 🙄

I only gave a one star for food because I actually never got any food after 40 minutes. Waited 20 minutes before an employee came out to tell me that my order was given to someone else. After 10 more minutes, I was told they forgot to remake it. After 10 more minutes I had to leave to get to an appointment. It was just two grill cheese sandwiches- unbelievable. Never will I come here again.

Went to this sonic for the first time since it’s only 7 mins away from my job. We placed a big order and an order was missing we called said the manager had forgotten to put them there. We told them we were picking up. We waited more than 10 mins waiting for the order plus I place a medium tater tots for $3.45 when I’m supposed to charge them for having to go pick up the food they forgot to put in my order placed. The tater tots medium that’s not a medium wth!!!
