Not sure who is taking orders today but they are rude. She hollers over the speaker rushes and when you try to change something you can tell she’s irritated. I ordered a bacon cheese burger said I wanted it plain meat and cheese only. She came back and ask “you don’t want bacon?” I responded that bacon was a meat and she argued that it was not a meat. I guess it’s now a vegetable and heathy for you?
Really not sure how this location is still in business.
Carhop brings out order and doesn’t even say hi or thank you. Ubelia definitely needs customer service training.

Came to get mozz sticks and a slush. Hunter didn’t even said hi, welcome or anything and was extremely rude. I had worked at sonic and this is not acceptable. Please fix him or take him out of the team.

Oreos are stale. Hot fudge tastes old. I’ve been to lots of other Sonic’s but at this one for some reason their shakes and sundaes just taste off. Maybe they’re making the ice cream wrong?

I usually stop by here 2 to 3 times a week . My kids like to get a drink and a small snack after school. There is this one lady employee that always just hands you your food without saying a word. She just shoves the food in your hands and leaves. She never smiles and never says a word . She always looks miserable with a sour face. Turns out, sadly she is one of the managers. I had to talk to her because I never received my order so I needed a refund. She refused to help me. She yelled at me to just call the number online and then just walked away. With that attitude, I can only imagine what she and her staff does when they are preparing the food. Needless to say, I won't be stopping here again. She always gives bad vibes and is very hostile. I'll take my business to a friendlier place instead.
