Easily the worst pharmacy in the area. They will lie to you about when your prescription will be ready & when you show up to get it, they tell you the next day. You show up the next day and they tell you the next day. When you show up the third day, they tell you they don't know when they will fill the prescription you take daily that you require to function normally.

I enjoy HEB so much, but yesterday while there a woman came in with what looked like a hundred pound dog on a leash that was a mix of a husky and maybe Newfoundland breeds. I was at Customer Service for my needs and while waiting my turn I observed the dog licking on things and smelling the bagging area of the self check out. I asked the CS person what the store policy is as it isn’t a service animal? She stated she didn’t know and what did I need? I do NOT hate pets, but the grocery store where I buy my fresh groceries is not where I want to meet a strangers pet. What is the store policy?

Always clean, never crowded. SHOUTOUT to the deli team! Especially at holidays it gets PACKED and sometimes customers get rude and grumbly, but the deli team is keeping the line moving, giving priority to people waiting the longest and generally “keeping spirits bright” Thank you!
