It all goes down the drain when you can’t stay open like KROGER does. Idc about prices I care about customer service and satisfaction. Plus the lanes are crowded and everyone goes to this place. This is your fault Patrick! No comapassion for customers and you chose your co-workers over customers. And that’s where you mess up. Enjoy paying everyone’s bills and not getting income from me.

I don’t shop here often so I’m not familiar with the store layout. I was going down a very busy aisle, looking for an item. Maria approached me and offered help. She ended up helping me find multiple items. She was very kind, professional, and caring. I asked if she was a manager and she said she is only a dedicated employee. HEB management, please recognize her as an outstanding employee. She needs to be promoted in my books! Thanks Maria!
