I ordered curbside they forgot an item I was told to call when I arrive & they would bring it out I called I was transferred multiple times & left on hold so I got out went to curbside they tld me to hold on for 10mins with no help I eventually went in ask to speak with a manager who told me to go get the item myself which defeated the purpose of curbside PLS DO BETTER!

HEB has a reputation of excellent customer service from kind, supportive and friendly associates. Store #20 needs a refresher couse and a reprimand. One 🌟! Dont have signs that represent a coupon for savings and then not accept responsibility for the representation. Very rude, dismissive and unprofessional Management, floor manager and cashier. Mr. H. Butt did not stand for this type of customer service and unprofessional behavior!
