This store does not only have very poor customer service, but also very poor quality control. The employees who stock, do not look for out of date merchandise, they just add to what's there. If you shop here, look over everything before you buy. I'm looking for a new place to shop.

On Oct 24, around 3:30 pm I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my appointment time. I parked and signed in. An Asian guy wearing a collared shirt, I’ll assume he was a manager, ran out to my car in a haste. I lowered my window and he yelled out “it’s not happening, you’re too early and we’re busy and it’s not happening!” I was completely taken aback that I was being spoken to with such aggression and rudeness. I explained to the guy that I understood that I was early and that I was in no rush. I also expressed my concern for the way I was being spoken to, the guy reassured me that he meant what he said and how he said it. I then told the manager that I was only there to pick up 4 items and didn’t understand the hostility. The manager then says he’ll grab my items and get me out the way. When he delivered my 4 items I told him to “have a better day.” I can’t believe anyone in management would behave this way! I’m very dissatisfied and hurt from my experience at this location. He needs retraining!
