- CNChristin NeelyOct 31, 20251.0On Oct 24, around 3:30 pm I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my appointment time. I parked and signed in. An Asian guy wearing a collared shirt, I’ll assume he was a manager, ran out to my car in a haste. I lowered my window and he yelled out “it’s not happening, you’re too early and we’re busy and it’s not happening!” I was completely taken aback that I was being spoken to with such aggression and rudeness. I explained to the guy that I understood that I was early and that I was in no rush. I also expressed my concern for the way I was being spoken to, the guy reassured me that he meant what he said and how he said it. I then told the manager that I was only there to pick up 4 items and didn’t understand the hostility. The manager then says he’ll grab my items and get me out the way. When he delivered my 4 items I told him to “have a better day.” I can’t believe anyone in management would behave this way! I’m very dissatisfied and hurt from my experience at this location. He needs retraining!
