Something has clearly changed over the past three months—perhaps new leadership or management—because the service has become noticeably worse. The staff are now rude, inefficient, and frequently pack rotten or damaged items. Back in May through July, my experience was excellent, but it has gone downhill since then. To the leadership and management: please address the parking situation for curbside pickup. Many people park in curbside spots while shopping inside, which creates major inconvenience for actual curbside customers. Fixing this issue alone could immediately improve the overall experience by at least 50%. Judging from all the recent 1 star reviews, I believe this is a common issue for most people that use curbside service. I really enjoy going to HEB, and I hope this is a constructive feedback that can lead to a positive change.
