I went to their five guys location here three times and all those times, they kept getting our order wrong. For example on Thursday which was yesterday, I ordered a bacon cheese burger, but instead they gave me just the meats and the guy who took our order thought I ordered a bacon hamburger, but I didn't. So don't go to this location because they always mess up my orders and I hope this location gets new employees to do the job much better

No Tip, No Pickles — Retaliation Over a Tip? Order ID: AACHDNA6ACA8 Location: Five Guys, 9620 Fry Rd I stopped by for what should’ve been a simple order: a cheeseburger with lettuce, mayo, and pickles only. The receipt confirmed it was entered correctly. At the register, the card reader prompted for a tip — on counter service. I declined, because tipping for someone to hand me a paper bag isn’t standard or deserved. The cashier, Shelsea S (listed on the receipt), noticeably paused after seeing the zero tip before handing it over. When I got home, my burger had tomatoes instead of pickles. The correct ingredients were clearly printed on the order, so this wasn’t confusion — it was retaliation. If an employee is willing to sabotage an order over a declined tip, that’s a serious problem. It’s petty, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable for any business, let alone one charging $13 for a burger. This incident killed my trust in this location. Management should take a close look at how staff are handling “no tip” customers, because this was deliberate — and it shows.

I placed my order online and the email said it would take 5-10 minutes to be ready. We didn't get there until 30 minutes after having placed the order and it still wasn't ready! They said it would take another 5 minutes. That's ridiculous. And the staff was moving so slow, no customer service awareness.

Rude crew member. I was just trying to make sure that our order is right and the crew member was demanding that if i am “looking at the screen”. They were getting upset because there was a language barrier between us. But the food was good

Worst customer service, if you guys close at 10pm that means door close at 10pm. so why give customer who spend $36.15 a bad attitude! since they come thru it was rude service from the front door . My husband and I even have our burger to go. Because we completely understand we all got tired and we want to go home but why accept to work in a shift until 10pm and then decide it should be ok to talk bad to a customer give a bad nasty attitude.
