I ordered online and it took 1 hr to get it completed. If I didn’t ask in the counter where my order was it would have not been done. I ended up missing half my order. No Ice coffee, No Tub smear for the Bagels, Missing the sandwich for the brunch combo & the twice baked hasbrown, Missing my Sandwich order and run out of the specific bagel. What a mess! I didn’t want to go back anymore cause I’ll probably have to wait another 1 hr to get the missing orders. I know it’s a weekend and it’s busy but have a process. How can a 30 min order be ahead of my order. You guys already know there’s a lot of customers and not have enough inventory. And just because the workers are rushed they don’t check if the order is complete. I trusted you guys to have the order all in there and it was missing. Addendum: Customer support reached out and apologize for what has happened. Hopefully positive changes will occur at this location and provide a better future experience to its customers.

We went in to this location with a Free Egg Sandwich offer and was told by the cashier, that they were no longer accepting it. We paid for the full amount. While waiting we reviewed the terms and conditions of the offer and it shows that it's valid through 3/13/2026. I spoke to another employee which referred the question to the shift lead that told me the same thing. I then showed him the terms and conditions offer shown on the website and he quickly changed his response. He went to the back to ask the owner who was working in the back. He then came back and told me with an apprehensive tone that it was some corporate email and that was what he was told and didn't know it was valid until March 13. He proceeded to refund the transaction and processed the order and honored the free egg sandwich. This is a deceptive business practice. Given how busy the location was, I'm pretty sure there was no corporate communication regarding the offer and was most likely a unilateral decision made to increase sales. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops to receive a valid offer.

Oh my God the newly opened Einstein Bagels on Tuckerton was packed like sardines - I was 😳wondering what they were giving away. Well nothing …. ☹️ and I have already waited 25 minutes just for a toasted 2x with butter sesame bagel 🥯🤪. ☹️😫 what a disappointment my 🥯 was. The vibe there is great and so is the help the bagel 🥯 was not. My bagel was cold by the time I got it. What’s the point of a toasted twice 🧈 🥯 it’s not hot but lukewarm. I am going to have to go back to Jersey Bagels . Their 🥯 are good though they also do not toast the bagels well. But their bagels are the boiled and baked kind, you can tell that by the chewy texture of the bagels. Baked bagels do not have a Chevy texture. Einstein bagels are not true bagels they are like a bread in shape of a bagel. I grew up in NYC as most New Yorker we get our phd’s in bagel and pizza 🍕 by eating them daily on way to work or school.

I don’t usually write long reviews, but our experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels was so frustrating that it deserves to be called out. This wasn’t a small mix-up or a tiny inconvenience. Almost everything about our order was wrong, and the way it was handled made it even worse. We went in expecting a simple, quick breakfast. Bagels and coffee shouldn’t be complicated. We clearly ordered specific bagel flavors, specific spreads, and asked for them toasted. Nothing unusual. But when our food came out, it was like they handed us someone else’s order entirely. Wrong bagel flavors. Wrong spreads. One sandwich was missing ingredients we paid for. Another had items we specifically asked them not to include. The toasting was wildly inconsistent. One bagel was barely warm, like it had skipped the toaster completely. Another was so overdone it was almost rock hard. The cream cheese looked rushed and unevenly spread—one half overloaded, the other half practically dry. It felt sloppy and careless. The sandwich assembly was just as bad. Ingredients were sliding out the sides, cheese wasn’t melted, and everything looked thrown together in a hurry. For the price they charge, you expect at least basic attention to detail. Instead, it looked like no one double-checked anything before sending it out. The coffee didn’t help either. It tasted burnt and weak at the same time, which somehow made it worse. Breakfast is supposed to start your day right, not make you regret stopping in. When we politely mentioned the mistakes, the response was underwhelming. There wasn’t much urgency or apology—just a quick “We’ll fix it.” But even after asking for corrections, one of the items still came back wrong again. That’s when it stopped feeling like an accident and started feeling like a lack of care. The overall atmosphere added to the disappointment. Tables weren’t very clean, trash bins were getting full, and the pickup area was chaotic. Customers were hovering around, confused about which order belonged to them. It didn’t feel organized or welcoming. What makes it worse is that this isn’t some tiny pop-up shop. It’s a well-known chain. You expect consistency and systems in place to prevent exactly this kind of situation. Instead, it felt disorganized and rushed without being efficient. At the end of the day, we weren’t expecting perfection—just correct, decent-quality food. When almost every part of the order is wrong and customer service feels indifferent, it leaves a bad impression. For the money spent, the experience just didn’t match the price. Mistakes happen, but how a place handles them matters. Unfortunately, this visit felt more frustrating than satisfying, and that’s not what anyone wants from a simple breakfast stop.
