- PJPaul Winston JrFeb 27, 20261.0the guy that was taking my order in the drive thru (tall, slim, college aged, caramel complexion) was wearing the rayban hidden camera glasses and asking me personal questions. He wasn't being verbally rude but pointing a camera at someone without their consent is a micro-aggression. In my mind i'm like "I dont want to be in this guys content" but if i react then i'm definitely going to be in his content. I performed like I was okay with it to not make a moment but i'm genuinely upset by the incident. I'm sure they're going to say "but he didn't record" and to that I say, so why point your camera-glasses at me to begin with? This was my first (and last) time trying dutch bros.

Wow… I was not being rude or anything. I said it with a nice tone, I like sweet coffee and I am paying for the extra. People really need to be taught good customer service and friendliness. No reason to not respond when she handed me my drink and I said that k you so much…. Crickets! Rude!

I visit multiple times a week- my drink is always consistent, the staff is the sweetest including the manager Marina, and they are super quick no matter how long the line is! My dog gets a pup cup every time too and loves the attention!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
