I didn’t see the “No Parking” sign by the window because I had just spilled coffee and was cleaning it up, so I wasn’t paying attention. Ashley stuck her head out with a very rude tone, told me she had signs posted, and rolled her eyes at me. It was an honest mistake I was rushing and it was early but the body language and tone were unnecessary. Soon after, another staff member came out, stared at me, and started talking when she had no reason to get involved. She then told me they didn’t have to serve me. At that point, I asked for my money back. Ashley also told my son she wouldn’t give him the drinks until I moved my car. It’s way too early in the morning to deal with power trips and attitudes. I grabbed my receipt and left for Starbucks, where their employees are consistently professional and respectful. I fully admit I was wrong for where I parked, but a simple “Ma’am, do you mind moving?” would have been perfectly appropriate. Instead, I got eye-rolling and assumptions that I intentionally ignored the signs. Respect is a two-way street. Don’t treat customers with disrespect and condescension and then expect them not to respond to that same energy.

Pick up time was 8:19. It is now 8:30 and I still don’t have my order. This is honestly ridiculous. This location should disable to pick up option!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
